Entrenamientos Oficiales 8 Marzo / TRAINING SCHEDULE TUESDAY 8TH OF MARCH.

Estimadas regatistas:

El martes 8 de Marzo los barcos estarán disponibles para el entrenamiento oficial de 11:00 a 18:00. Habrá 2 turnos de entrenamiento:

- De 11:00 a 14:30

- De 14:30 a 18:00

USEFUL INFORMATION

Dear sailors;


We will meet on a week time and I would like to give you some useful information to arrive to Vilagarcía, accomodation,etc.


- EVENT BLOGSPOT: We are working on a blogspot, so you can get event information. The address is http://matchracechampionship.blogspot.com/. Sailing instructions in spanish and english will be uploaded soon.


- DEPOSIT: the 400 € deposit will only be available to pay with Bank Check or Cash.


- INVOICE: if you need an invoice please send us the details ( Company or personal number included )


- HOW TO ARRIVE TO VILAGARCIA DE AROUSA: You may find us on google ( Centro Galego de Vela, Rampa de Cavadelo s/n 36600 Vilagarcía de Arousa - Pontevedra ).


Once you arrive to the airport ( SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA or VIGO ), you may:


+ RENT A CAR: Only AVIS and NATIONAL-ATESA are possible to leave back in Vilagarcía. The village is pretty small so you don´t need to rent the car the hole week.


+ TRAIN: You may take a bus/taxi from the airport to the train station and get the train to Vilagarcía ( from Vigo takes 1 h and from Santiago 40 minutes ). Spanish national train website is www.renfe.com . Once you arrive to Vilagarcía train station you have to give us a call to Jaime (678 334172) and he will pick you up and drive you to the Sailing Center.


+ PLANN YOUR ARRIVAL: Please let us know day and time when your flight arrives and when you plann to arrive to Vilagarcía train station!!




- ACCOMMODATION: You get free accommodation at the Sailing Center from 7th to 13th of March. In case you are not interested, PLEASE LET US KNOW.


We provide 1 room per team with 4 beds. Seeds are also provided. You just need to bring your towel and NET WIRE ( We have WIFI but it´s not working 100% on the upper floor).


There is a little kitchen in the Center but IT IS ONLY ALLOWED TO USE TO THE RESIDENT SAILORS.
